The Auto-doffer is structure combines the advantages from doffer in and out country. In and out swing and lifting of arms are controlled by servomotor and the lifting actions are accurate and reliable. Larger biston grippers have accurate and stable ejecting and fitting tube actions. The whole and endless.After the doffer mounted,spinning cost is reduced largely and the connection of ring springing machines to winders can be obtained.

The headstock is equipped with a suitable closed circulating bathing lubrication and a steel helical gear driving which ensure a sufficient lubrication and smoother drining. The headstock also can be equipped with open auto-dropping lubrication and catching oil pan. Optimum design of variable cross section air channel,ensure bowest load on the headstock and tailstock even in high speed and improve suction effect.

3.Equipped with the newly manual spindle brake to simplify the operation of tenders and increase greatly the piecing rate.
4.An imported servo controller controls the lifting of ring rails. Winding types can be adjusted by man- machine interaction and the operation is simple and convenient.
5.The drining system is equipped with worms and worm wheels which are of nonclearance design with high precision so that cam stagnation is eliminated and finished cops without coil slippage can be obtained during winding in high speed.

2.Yarn is more compact and has better finish. Yarn hairiness decreased obviously.Above 3mm of tube yarn, hairiness can be reduced more than 60%

3. Strength is increased by 10%-15%, compared with ring spinning.

4.CV% is better than ordinary yarn.

5.We can use a lower level of textile raw materials to produce the same quality of yarn as traditional ring spinning of spinning frame or use same raw materials to make out of higher quality yarn.
