LS487 Fully Automatic Rapier sample loom
This machine can swiftly and accurately measure small samples of textiles and is a new type machine developed by our company. The length of the warp yarn on the loom, the shape of the shed, and the size are scaled proportionally to the new rapier loom, solving the difference between small samples and batch products.It is convenient for adjusting parameters. It is applied to the weaving of test samples of cotton, wool, silk, flax, chemical fiber and blended textile.
It is widely used in weaving mills, scientific research units, textile institutes and foreign trade companies, etc.
It consists of shedding mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating-up mechanism, take-up mechanism, let-off mechanism, automatic weft selection mechanism, weft break stop motion, electrical control mechanism, etc.
Features
1.Weft insertion: The left side of the imported Japanese anti rotation color selection cylinder is used for weft insertion, while the right side of the rigid rapier anti rotation cylinder is used for weft insertion.
2.Letting off warp: The imported stepper motor drives the letoff device, and the electronic automatic adjustment of warp tension. The change rate of tension between full and empty yarns on the same weaving axis is ≤ 10%.
3. Opening: Imported pneumatic control components, multi arm opening mechanism, capable of controlling 20 pages of comprehensive frame. Easy disassembly and assembly of integrated panels.
4.The comprehensive frame adopts die drawn aluminum alloy profiles, with hard oxidation and wear-resistant treatment. The sliding pair is made of wear-resistant material, which is not easy to wear and deform;
5. Beating: Adjustable pneumatic beating mechanism or motor cam beating, with large beating force and adjustable torque; Adapt to high count and high density fabrics. (High end configuration)
6.Coiling: Driven by imported stepper motors and imported reducers, electronically controlled coiling. The weft density range is 10-300 pieces/inch. When the weft density is within 100, an allowable error of ± 2 is allowed; Friction coiling can also be used to make the fabric longer and maintain consistent weft density.
