LSM 33 Yarn Mercerizing Machine

The equipment is mainly used for mercerizing process of cotton and hemp yarn. The surface quality of the yarn is changed through the action of chemicals such as caustic soda, assisted by a singeing process to make the yarn appear silky in the previous process. In addition, a new jet dyeing process is used to promote the active fuel to adhere to the product during the dyeing process, achieving deep dye penetration without fading, making the silky product bright and silky.

Control System: Touch Panel and Programmable Logic Control.Fully automatic control of hydraulic station solenoid valves, motors, reducers, etc. Operate and monitor the entire mercerization process to eliminate the impact of human and external factors on product quality.
